“ I’ve been a loyal customer of Royal Paan, especially for their Kaathi Rolls, which I’ve always loved. However, this time I had a disappointing experience. I ordered 10 Kaathi Rolls for my family, and unfortunately, the paneer in all of them was overly cooked, hard, and seemed expired, with an unappealing black covering. It completely ruined the meal for us. Since it was takeout, we only realized the issue once we got home, which made it even more frustrating. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this at Royal Paan, and I really hope it was just a rare oversight. I’ve always had positive experiences before, but this time, the quality of the food was far from what I’ve come to expect. I’m sharing this in the hope that it will help improve the consistency and quality of the food. I believe in your brand, and I know this can be corrected for future customers. ”

“ Authentic Indian food should not be expected here, as the taste is quite different. I guess they rely on packed ingredients that may not appeal to North Indian palates. However, Pista Faluda was a delightful and yummy treat. It's worth noting that the restaurant seems to attract a significant number of Gujarati customers, possibly due to its offerings aligning more closely with their preferences. ”

“ A friend recommended Royal Paan, he gave me a list of dishes to try. We tried several of the ones he recommended and they all were excellent. The staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful, can't say enough good things about them. It was a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely eat here again. ”

“ I used to like their noodle burger. But now their patty is so dry and it doesn’t taste really good. Pista falooda just taste like artificial syrup. I asked them to please make hot. But it was still not hot and taste average ”
